Pilots holding a JAR-FCL licence requesting training for additional ratings in Iceland

• Training for licence ratings (Class ratings, Type ratings, Instrument or Instructor ratings) can be achieved in approved TOs in any JAA member state, but must be entered in the licence by the authority of the state of licence issue.
• The training and skill test is completed in Iceland. The applicants receives detailed course completion certificate from the training organisation and a report of the skill test when passed. These documents must subsequently be forwarded to the JAA state of licence issue including any documents as requested by the state of licence issue.
